Market Manager

Caitlin comes from a varied background in theatre, customer service, and the restaurant industry. She was born and raised near Madison, Wisconsin and graduated with her BA in Drama, Spanish, and International Studies from University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. After college she kicked around Madison for a couple years acting in community theatre, teaching and directing children’s theatre, stage managing, and had various jobs including working as a barista and a chiropractic assistant.

Caitlin now calls Chicago home, where she’s always producing and performing in improv shows. When Fizz found her, she was thinking it would be cool to get into marketing after doing all sorts of gigs from client services at an investment bank to dog walking. As a Market Manager, she loves meeting people and going around the city spreading the joy of coffee.

When she’s not wearing the ‘Caitlin the Coffee Lady” hat or doing improv, you can find her doing various arts and crafts, listening to true crime podcasts, or fantasizing about how she’s going eat and drink her way around the world.
